摘要:
绿地应急避险能力是评价发生灾害时绿地所发挥的应急避险作用的重要指标,高校校园绿地应急避险能力评价是快速疏散人群、提供有效避险空间的前提和基础。文章通过分析城市绿地应急避险功能,运用相应的GIS分析工具,阐明校区的安全绿地空间和有效避险面积,提出人均有效避险面积和有效避险绿地可达性两项指标,并以山东工艺美术学院长清校区为例分析了高校绿地系统应急避险能力评价方法,学校总绿地占地面积为30.7 hm2,有效避险面积共有22.7 hm2,而校园人均有效避险面积为12.13 m2/人,应急避险场所相对充足,在校园可达性较差的区域增设安全绿地、建设广场等避险场所可提高其应急避险能力。
Abstract:
Green space emergency avoidance ability is an important index to evaluate the emergency and risk avoidance function of green space in the event of disaster. The evaluation of emergency risk avoidance ability of campus green space is the premise and foundation of rapidly evacuating people and providing effective refuge space. By analyzing the emergency function of urban green space and using corresponding GIS analysis tool, this paper clarifies the safe green space and effective refuge area of campus, and puts forward two indexes of per capita effective refuge area and effective refuge green space accessibility. Taking Changqing campus of Shandong University of Art & Design as an example, the paper analyzes the evaluation method of emergency risk avoidance ability of campus green space system, and the total area of campus green space is 30.7 hm2, the effective refuge area is 22.7 hm2, while the per capita effective refuge area of campus is 12.13 m2 of each person, so the emergency shelters are relatively sufficient. In order to improve the emergency refuge ability of the central area of the campus, it is necessary to set up safe green space and square in some areas with poor accessibility.
