方钢管混凝土组合T形柱是一种适用于装配式钢结构住宅建筑的新型结构形式,研究其轴压力学性能可为工程设计提供参考依据。文章以钢管厚度、钢材强度和试件长细比为变化参数,对5个方钢管混凝土组合T形柱进行轴心受压试验,分析了各试件的破坏模式、极限承载力、荷载—位移曲线,建立了与试验相符的有限元分析模型,并对模型的准确性进行了验证;通过变参分析,研究了截面尺寸、钢管厚度、钢材强度、混凝土强度对方钢管混凝土组合T形柱轴压承载力的影响规律,提出了方钢管混凝土组合T形柱的轴压强度承载力和稳定承载力计算公式。结果表明:短柱试件的破坏模式为核心混凝土压碎后由钢管屈服引起的局部鼓曲破坏,中长柱试件的破坏模式为钢管整体弯曲后试件发生的失稳破坏;所提出的方钢管混凝土组合T形柱的轴压强度和稳定承载力公式的计算结果与试验值较接近。
Abstract:
T-shaped concrete-filled square steel tubular (CFSST) composite column is a new type of structure suitable for prefabricated steel structure residential buildings, its axial compression performance can provide reference for engineering design. Taking the thickness of steel tube, the strength of steel and the slenderness ratio as variable parameters, the axial compression test were carried out on five specimens. The failure mode, ultimate bearing capacity and loaddisplacement curves were analyzed. Finite element analysis model consistent with the test was established. Through variable parameter analysis, the influences of section size, steel tube thickness, steel yield strength and concrete strength on the bearing capacity of T-shaped CFSST composite columns was studied. On this basis, the calculation formulas of strength bearing capacity and stable bearing capacity of T-shaped composite columns were put forward. The test results showed that the failure mode of stub columns is the local buckling failure caused by the steel tube yield after the core concrete crushing, and the failure mode of midlong columns is the instability failure of the steel tube after the overall bending. The calculation results of the formula proposed in this paper are close to those of test results.
