摘要:
装配式混凝土异形柱节点的抗震性能是影响工程结构长期安全稳定的关键性因素。针对装配式结构中常见的节点连接处钢筋与套筒错位的质量问题,采用足尺模型试验方法,研究了偏位钢筋弯折处理后对接套筒的装配整体式T形柱组合节点在低周往复荷载作用下的承载能力、骨架曲线、延性及累积耗能等抗震性能指标,并对比了相同设计参数的正常现浇节点。结果表明:钢筋错位对接套筒与钢筋错位区未出现粘结破坏,连接钢筋弯折后可以实现有效传力;装配边柱节点的承载能力、延性系数和总耗能均大于现浇节点抗震性能的95%,而装配中柱节点与现浇节点相比存在明显削弱;钢筋与套筒错位对接的节点具有较强的变形能力和抗倒塌能力,为使节点同时满足“强柱弱梁”和“强节点弱构件”的抗震设计理念,两个水平循环荷载作用方向上的截面刚度对节点的抗震性能影响较大,设计装配式T形柱节点时应使其在两个受力方向上的截面刚度对称。
Abstract:
The seismic performance of fabricated concrete special-shaped column joints is the key factor for the long-term safety and stability of engineering structures. The engineering quality problem that the reinforcement cannot be precisely connected with the embedded sleeve is a common phenomenon of prefabricated concrete structures. Full scale model experiment method was adopted, two fabricated integral T-shaped column composite joints with bent deviation rectification steel bars and two cast-in-plane control specimens tested under in-plane lateral cyclic loading. Seismic performance indexes such as bearing capacity, ductility and cumulative energy dissipation of the specimens under low cyclic reciprocating load were studied and compared. The results showed that the sleeve connection area was intact, and the eccentric steel bars can transfer stress effectively after bending operation. The strength, ductility coefficient and total energy consumption of the assembled external composite node can be 95% of the cast-in-place nodes, but the assembled internal node was well below that level. Furthermore, the prefabricated concrete joints with T-shaped columns after eccentric reinforcement connection had strong deformation capacity and collapse resistance. Based on the seismic design concepts of "strong column and weak beam" and "strong joint and weak member", the design of prefabricated T-shaped column joints should make the cross section stiffness in the two horizontal loading directions more symmetrical.
