摘要:
提高居住品质、降低建筑能耗是养老建筑可持续发展的必然需求,开展生态颐养服务中心概念设计策略研究可提高养老建筑品质,维持生态平衡,降低建筑能耗。文章结合“台达杯”获奖作品“光·栖院”养老中心设计方案,通过对地域特征及传统建筑风貌的分析与提取,将庭院空间引入设计方案中,在此基础上基于软件模拟分析,优化建筑形体,提升建筑空间热舒适性。同时设计方案整合利用太阳能等适宜的可再生能源技术,有效降低建筑能耗,探索了将绿色技术理念融入传统养老建筑的设计策略及方法,可为建筑师提供借鉴或参考。
Abstract:
Improving the living quality and reducing the building energy consumption are the inevitable needs of the sustainable development of the old-age buildings. Carrying out the research on the concept design strategy of the ecological home care service center can improve the quality of the old-age buildings, maitain the ecological balance and reduce the building energy consumption. This paper combines the design of the “Guang·Qiyuan” old-age care center, through the analysis and extraction of regional characteristics and traditional architectural styles, draws and interprets the courtyard structure of traditional buildings. Based on the passive design of the courtyard space and software simulation analysis, the design of the building block combination is optimized to improve the thermal comfort of the building space. The plan integrates solar energy and other suitable renewable energy technologies to effectively reduce building energy consumption, and explores the design strategies and methods for integrating green technology concepts into traditional pension buildings, which can provide reference for architects to engage in architectural creation.
