摘要:
混合连续梁桥主梁钢—混结合段构造繁琐且受力复杂,是混合连续梁桥设计成败的关键。文章以某混合连续梁桥主梁钢—混结合段为研究对象,采用有限元软件Midas/Civil和ANSYS建立模型,对其进行局部应力分析,并数值模拟分析了PBL剪力键(开孔板连接件)和剪力钉受力状况,研究了承压板厚度变化对结合段构件受力性能的影响。结果表明:钢—混结合段的钢箱梁和混凝土箱梁应力、剪力钉及PBL剪力键最大剪力均符合规范要求;承压板厚度的增加能有效降低结合段钢构件的应力水平,缓解结合段连接处的局部应力集中现象。
Abstract:
The steel-concrete composite segment of main girder of hybrid continuous beam bridge has various components with complicated stress, which is the key to the success or failure of the design of hybrid continuous girder bridge. The finite element model of steel-concrete composite segment is established by Midas/Civil and ANSYS software to analyze the local stress of the steel-concrete composite segment of main girder in hybrid continuous beam bridge base on practical project. The force condition of PBL shear connector(perforated plate connector) and shear studs are analyzed by numerical simulation, and the influence resulted from parameters variation like the thickness of the bearing plate on the mechanical behavior of the joint section is studied. The results show that the stress of steel box girder and concrete box girder in the steel-concrete composite segment compliances with specifications, the maximum shear force of the shear studs and PBL shear connector compliances with specifications. The increase of the bearing plate thickness can effectively reduce the stress level of the steel members in the joint section and alleviate the local stress concentration at the joint of the joint section.
