摘要:
新型城镇化可持续发展,绿色建筑的发展已一种必然趋势,绿色建筑产业也成了新兴产业分析我国大陆地区的绿色建筑产业发展水平对绿色建筑产业的发展形成的,为产业的发展和政策的制定提供一定的参考文章从绿色建筑产业的产出水平和发展基础个方面出发,共选取了10个指标,分别赋予权重,构建了一个多指标的综合评价体系,对我国大陆地区31个省级行政区的绿色建筑产业发展水平进行分析各省级行政区的差异大形成了明显的空间分异现象内外指标的不协同程度也很高,我国绿色建筑产业的发展需要分梯队、分区域、分类别地有序推进。
Abstract:
With the development of new-type urbanization and the application of sustainable development theory in architecture industry, the green building growing has been an inexorable trend. The green building industry has also been the emerging industry and the research highlight. Analyzing the development level of green building industry in Mainland China will be useful for understanding the industry development situation objectively and provide certain reference basis for the industry development and the policy making. The paper chooses 10 indexes from the green building industry’s outputs level and its development basis, and endows different weight for every index. A multi-index comprehensive evaluation system is built to analyze the green building industry development levels of 31 province regions in Mainland China. The results show that the difference of development level between provinces is obvious. There is distinct spatial differentiation in the development of green building industry. The synergy degree of the internal and external index is low. Consequently, it is necessary to promote the development of Chinese green building industry orderly in different gradient levels, different areas and different categories
