摘要:
密集储分一体化系统DCASS货架是否稳定关系到整个物流仓储系统的安全性,建立数学模型并采用合理的分析方法对货架系统进行变形监测,是准确把握货架变形特征并保证其稳定性的重要研究方法。文章应用多元回归分析、灰色系统及卡尔曼滤波等3种变形分析模型对观测数据进行对比,建立了DCRP检校、平面时间基线视差与空间时间基线视差等3种数学模型,并对密集储分DCASS货架系统进行瞬间变形监测实验的应用研究。结果表明:灰色系统模型可以使用较少的数据而得到较好的预测结果,卡尔曼滤波模型预测结果较为稳定可靠;采用DCRP方法对DCASS货架系统进行瞬间变形监测,可以实现对目标系统变形监测的多点化、全天候、动态化、瞬时性以及非接触式监测;变形监测实验能够精确捕捉各变形点的变形量,货架稳定性得到了有效校验,监测精度可达2‰。
Abstract:
The stability of the racking system in DCASS is related to the safety of the whole logistics warehousing, and it is an important work to analyze and predict the stability of the racking system and to grasp the deformation characteristics of the system accurately by establishing mathematical model. Three deformation analysis models such as multivariate regression analysis, grey system and Kalman filter are used to analyze the deformation of observation data. Three deformation monitoring mathematic models such as DCRP calibration model, Plane Pseudo Parallax model and Spatial Temporal Motion Parallax model are used to carry out the instantaneous deformation monitoring experiments on the DCASS racking system in normal state. The results show: the grey system model can use less data to obtain better prediction; the prediction results of Kalman filter model are stable and reliable the deformation monitoring experiment can accurately capture the deformation of every deformation point, the racking stability has been effectively verified, and the monitoring accuracy can reach 2‰.
