摘要:
高压旋喷桩加固扰动地层有良好的加固效果,在桥梁基础加固方向具有创新性和实用性;对高压旋喷桩加固条件下的桩基竖向承载力进行分析,可为实际工程提供科学的理论依据。文章以某公路大桥为背景,针对大桥主桥桥位处因采砂造成的特殊地质情况,采用高压旋喷桩加固扰动地层的方案,通过建立的有限元模型进行数值模拟分析,对比加固前、后大直径超长钻孔灌注桩竖向承载性能的变化,分析桩侧摩阻力、桩身轴力的变化趋势。结果表明:加固以后,桩侧摩阻力有所增大,桩身轴力自桩顶至桩底呈逐渐减小趋势;可使桩基的竖向承载力提高约7%。
Abstract:
The method of reinforcing stratum by high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile with its great innovation and practicality in bridge foundation reinforcement has been approved perfect reinforced effect. The analysis of pile’s vertical bearing capacity in reinforced condition could provide theoretical reference for practical engineering. Based on a highway bridge that under special geological conditions because of sand excavation, the method of reinforcing stratum by high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile is carried on in this paper. The finite element model is built to do the numerical simulation. The difference of vertical bearing capacity and side friction of pile in stratum before and after reinforced by high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile is analyzed to invest the working mechanism of large-diameter and long pile. The results show that: after disturbed stratum reinforced, side friction and end resistance of pile increased, axial force shows a decreasing trend from pile top to pile bottom, high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile reinforced disturbed stratum can improve vertical bearing capacity of pile by about 7%.
