随着模型试验技术的不断发展,测量环境和参数越来越复杂,现有监测方法无法满足试验对空间分辨精度及适用性的高要求,而柔性测量技术作为满足高精度、高效率以及高适应性的测量要求的重要手段,在隧道等岩土工程监测领域具有广泛的应用前景。文章基于相位法激光测距原理的柔性测量技术,开发了一套柔性测量监测系统,并将其应用于浅埋特大断面公路隧道施工过程力学模型试验中,研究隧道开挖过程中围岩的变形规律。结果表明:柔性测量技术可以精准测量三维标准几何形状及位置;其测得拱顶位置处围岩变形量最大,为边墙位置处的3.87倍,且右洞拱顶和边墙位置围岩最大的变形量均大于左洞,与隧道CD法开挖的趋势基本一致,可以较好的反映隧道围岩在开挖扰动作用下的变形过程。
Abstract:
As the technology of model test evolves, the measurement environment and parameters of surrounding rock deformation monitoring are more and more complicated in the geotechnical model test. The existing monitoring methods, which mostly use embedded sensors, cannot meet the high requirement of space resolution accuracy and applicability. The flexible measurement technology is an important approach to satisfy the measurement demand of high precision, high efficiency and high adaptability. It has broad application prospects in the field of geotechnical engineering monitoring such as tunnels. In order to satisfy high requirements of the test for experimental study, a flexible measuring technique based on the principle of phase distance laser ranging was proposed and applied to the mechanics model test of the construction process of shallow buried large section highway tunnel. The results show that the flexible measurement technology can accurately measure the three-dimensional standard geometry and position. The deformation of the surrounding rock at the position of the dome is largest, which is 3.87 times of the deformation of the surrounding rock at the position of the side wall. The maximum deformation of the surrounding rock at the dome and the side wall of the right hole is larger than that of the left hole, which is basically consistent with the excavation trend of the CD method. It can better reflect the deformation process of the tunnel surrounding rock under the excavation and disturbance action.
