摘要:
装配式建筑具有低污染、低能耗等特性,符合绿色建筑的发展要求,研究装配式建筑发展影响因素对促进装配式建筑快速发展具有现实意义。文章基于装配式建筑发展影响因素的研究模型的构建,编制了政策、部品、技术、成本、市场链条5大潜在变量及其观测指标量表;通过问卷调查收集数据,并对其信效度分析;采用AMOS20.0软件构建了装配式建筑发展影响因素的SEM(结构方程模型),并对其进行了研究分析。结果表明:调查问卷的整体信效度水平良好,所选取的各个观测指标合理且可靠;装配式建筑发展受5大因素的影响程度不同;其影响权重数值分别为0.22、0.18、0.20、0.25、0.15,因此,影响程度重要性排序为,成本体系>政策体系>技术体系>部品体系>市场链条体系。
Abstract:
The prefabricated building has the characteristics of low pollution, low energy consumption and so on, conforming to the green development requirements of the current era. Making a research on the influencing factors of the development of prefabricated building is the foundation to promote its rapid development. Based on building research model of influencing factors of the development of prefabricated building, the paper compiles five major latent variables and their index of measurement which includes policy, component, technology, cost and market chain, collects data through a questionnaire survey and analyzes the reliability and validity of the questionnaire by using SPSS20.0 software to, and then constructs the structural equation model for influencing factors of the development of prefabricated building with AMOS20.0 software and makes an analysis of it. The results show that the overall reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good, and that the observed indicators are reasonable and reliable. The development of prefabricated buildings is influenced by 5 factors their weight values successively are 0.22, 0.18, 0.20, 0.25, and 0.15 and the order of factors on influence degree is: cost system> policy system> technology system> component system> market chain system.
