摘要:
绿地指标体系的建立及其评价,是反映绿地系统建设水平高低的科学依据,是城市生态绿地系统构建的前提与基础。文章以RS与GIS技术为支撑,从城市绿地系统生态功能、景观格局及规划指标三个方面选取评价指标构建济南市城市绿地系统评价指标体系进行全面量化计算与评价研究,并根据研究结果提出建设济南城市生态绿地系统优化策略。结果表明:济南市城市绿地系统斑块类型齐全,防护绿地和附属绿地占总面积比例小,破碎化程度大。公园绿地在城市绿地类型中占主导地位,生产绿地缺乏;济南市建成区绿地系统的综合评价值为0.4867,其中绿地生态效益指标值为0.4977,绿地固碳释氧能力及滞尘能力较低;景观效益指标值为0.5798,景观破碎程度及分离程度较高,景观优势度不明显;绿地规划数量指标值为0.4525,绿化总量不足,人均公园绿地面积及人均公共绿地面积均未达到要求。
Abstract:
Establishment and evaluation index system of green space is the premise and basis of urban ecological green system construction and has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on RS and GIS Technology, the research constructed the evaluation index evaluation system in Jinan urban green space system by selecting evaluation indexes from the three aspects of ecological function, landscape pattern and planning targets. The index weight was calculated. On this basis, quantify calculation and evaluation were carried on. The results show that the plaque types of Jinan City green system are complete; the amount of protective green space and attached green space has a few proportion of the total area, showing the fragmentation degree is large. Parks mainly in large patches dominate the urban green space types. This system is lack of production green space. The comprehensive evaluation value is 0.4867, the construction level is low; The comprehensive evaluation value is 0.4867.The ecological functions value is 0.4977, the carbon fixation and oxygen release capacity and dust removal capability of urban green space are low; the landscape pattern value is 0.5798, the fragmentation and separation degree of landscape is high, landscape dominance is not obvious; the planning targets value is 0.4525, the amount of green is insufficient, green space and public green area per capita do not meet the requirements. Finally we formed a new pattern in Jinan ecological green system construction.
