摘要:
在能源和资源危机的21世纪,建筑节能是发展绿色建筑,实现城市可持续发展的基础和重要途径,有关建筑节能的理论和实践也正在兴起。文章阐述了国外节能理论研究的现状和动态;从研究进程和研究内容两个方面对中国建筑节能的研究成果进行综述;分析了中国建筑节能理论研究存在的问题;展望了今后建筑节能的研究方向。
Abstract:
With the background of the absence of energy and resource in 21 century, energy efficiency in building is becoming the basis and important path to develop green building and realize the urban sustainable development.The paper expounds the research status and trends of foreign energy efficiency theories, summarizes the research results of building energy efficiency in China from two aspects of study process and study contents, analyzes the existing problem in the research on energy-saving theories in China, and prospects the research direction in building energy efficiency.
