摘要:
建筑业能耗高且节能潜力大,建筑节能的快速发展需要政府制定适应的激励政策进行推动。结合目前我国建筑节能经济激励实施效果,通过对建筑节能相关利益主体的研究,运用博弈理论知识构建了政府与消费者、政府与开发商之间的博弈模型。根据对相关主体博弈模型的策略分析,建立了建筑节能激励政策的实施思路,进而提出了建筑节能激励政策调整的建议。
Abstract:
The construction industry has high energy consumption and energy saving potential, and incentive policies should be formulated by government to promote the development of building energy efficiency. The paper establishes the game models between government and consumer, and between government and developer. according to the situation of ecnomic incentive effect and through the analysis of related stakeholders, and puts forward the implementation idea of incentive policy of building energy saving and several proposals for adjustment of incentive policies on the basis of analysis of strategy equlibrlum.
