摘要:
随着建筑面积不断增加,人们对室内环境要求日益增强,建筑用电能耗也随之增加。办公建筑中设备末端节能控制设计是减少用电能耗浪费的重要途径和内容。系统结合办公特点、实际需求和室内动态环境,将室内温度、光照度、室内有无人员存在作为主要控制参数,结合办公作息时间表并考虑加班等特殊影响因素,对室内照明、办公插座以及空调等用电设备进行了节能控制设计;同时,系统设置通讯接口,实现数据外传功能,进而对接能耗监测平台。结果表明:在满足办公人员对舒适度要求的前提下,能最大限度的提高建筑用电能效比具有一定的社会和环境效益,开发前景较好。
Abstract:
Abstract: With the increasing of building area, peoples requirements of indoor environment are growing, and at the same time building energy consumption is on the increase. Energysaving control design of the terminal equipment in office building is an important approach to reduce the waste of energy consumption. Based on the office characteristics, actual demand and indoor dynamic environment, the system considers indoor temperature, illumination, people existing or not as the main control parameters, and in view of the office schedule and special factors, such as work overtime, makes an energycontrolling design of indoor illumination, office socket and air condition for saving electricity. Meanwhile, the system sets up the communication interface which can realize exporting system data and dock with the energy consumption monitoring platform. The design scheme analysis shows that the system can improve building energy efficiency ratio maximum on the premise of office workers comfort requirements. So it has favorable social and environmental benefit and good development prospects.
