摘要:
生物流化池是微污染水源水生物预处理的核心处理构筑物,载体在池内的流化效果是工艺运行的关键,而曝气作用对曝气池中气液两相分布及其流动规律的影响又至关重要。本研究运用CFD软件对曝气池内气液两相流动问题进行了数值模拟,分析比较了相同的曝气管间距不同的曝气强度情况下气相体积分数、气液两相流场速度以及曝气池内气液两相的流动规律。结果表明在本文所模拟的工况下曝气管间距一定,曝气强度越大,曝气池内的含气率越高。考虑到能耗的因素,当曝气强度是4.5 m3/m2?h时具有最佳的效果。
Abstract:
Aeration tank is the core structure of activated sludge treatment system, the fluidization effect of the carrier within the pool is the key and the aeration effects are critical on the distribution and law of gas-liquid two phase flow in aeration tank. The paper uses CFD to simulate the gas-liquid two phase flow in aeration tank, compares gas phase volume fraction, gas-liquid two phase flow speed and the distribution and flow law with the same gap aerated conduit and different aeration strength. The results show that when the gap aerated conduit is same, the bigger the aeration strength, the higher the gas rates in aeration tank. With the factors of energy consumption being taken into account, the best result is got when the aeration strength is 5m3/m2?h.
