摘要:
运用CFD技术对某煤场挡风网的除尘效果进行了数值模拟,区别于通常将煤堆边界条件设为壁面,
而是采用多孔介质模型进行模拟,结果区别于壁面条件时的煤堆表面内侧速度为零。考虑到计算机的承受
能力挡风网采用多孔介质阶跃模型进行模拟。风速变化采用风廓线曲线模拟真实风速变化,更好的接近实
际情况。模拟结果显示使用挡风网后煤堆表面风速降低,挡风抑尘效果良好。
Abstract:
Different from the usual method of seting coal’s boundary-condition as its wall
face, the effect of wind-proof mesh in a coal-yard is numerically simnlated with CFD
method, in which porous media model is adopted and the result obtained distinguishs
from that under the ordinary wall condition in which there’s no velocity inside the
bulk.Taking into account the capacity of the computer, wind-proof mesh is simplified to
porous step model for simulation. In order to get a more accurate result, wind velocity is
simulated by wind profile.The result shows that the velocity of the wind near the coal
bulk is much reduced when the wind-proof mesh is adopted.
