摘要:
国内城镇违法用地和违章建筑监测多采用传统卫星遥感和实地监测等方法,存在工作效率低、成本高和现势性差等问题,而无人机倾斜摄影可方便灵活地监测城镇违法用地,监测系统的应用有利于提高城镇违法用地监测的准确度和工作效率。文章采用无人机倾斜摄影获得监测地物的影像,利用Smart3D软件建构实景三维模型,开发设计出基于倾斜摄影的城镇违法用地监测系统,并以济南市历城区部分违法用地为例,利用探索性统计分析方法验证了系统三维模型的精度,其中系统测量高度和实测高度等精度中误差为±0.03 m,高精度中误差为±0.05 m;系统测量面积和实测面积等精度中误差为±1.14 m2,高精度中误差为±1.61 m2,精度满足违法用地监测工作要求。
Abstract:
The traditional satellite remote sensing and on-site monitoring methods are still used in the monitoring of illegal land use and illegal buildings in cities and towns in China. There are some problems, such as low efficiency, high cost and poor current situation. UAV tilt photography can monitor urban illegal land use conveniently and quickly. The application of the monitoring system can make the monitoring of illegal land use in cities more convenient. In this paper, the image of the ground objects is obtained by tilting photography of the drone, and the 3D model of the real scene is constructed by using Smart3D software. The urban illegal land use monitoring system based on tilt photography is developed and designed, and some illegal buildings in Licheng District, Jinan City are used as examples to by exploratory statistics method. The results show that the median error of measurement height and actual height of building system is ±0.03 m and that of high precision is ±0.05 m; the median error of measurement area and measured area is ±1.14 m2 and that of high precision is ±1.61 m2, which meets the requirements of illegal land use monitoring.
