摘要:
物联网技术已经在各行各业得以发展与应用,将其应用于建筑中,可以提高设备的管理效率,已经成为建筑行业发展的必然趋势。为了有效地管理办公建筑中日益增多的物联网电气设备,文章提出了一种室内电气物联网设备管理系统的架构,设计了系统的功能模块、设备模型及设备管理实体—联系模型,搭建了设备管理系统的数据库,实现了系统人机界面的设计与开发,并将整个设计应用到山东建筑大学被动实验楼。该系统允许各类物联网设备的添加而设备模型库的建立减少了应用层的开发,极大地改善了传统物联网设备管理方式,提升了适用性、实时性和定制性,具有广阔的发展前景。
Abstract:
Internet of Things (IOT) technology has been developed and applied in all walks of life. It has become an inevitable trend for the construction industry to apply IOT technology in buildings, improve equipment management efficiency and realize people-oriented. In order to effectively manage the increasing number of IOT electrical equipment in office buildings, this paper presents an architecture of the equipment management system for the IOT of indoor electrical equipment, designs the functional modules, equipment model and equipment management model of the system, builds the database of the equipment management system, and realizes the design of the system’s man-machine interface, and applies the whole design to the laboratory building of Shandong Jianzhu University. The application results show that the system can allow all kinds of IOT equipment to be added. The establishment of equipment model library reduces the development of application layer, greatly improves the shortcomings of traditional IOT equipment management mode, and has strong applicability, timeliness and customization, which lays the foundation for the development of intelligent operation and maintenance.
