摘要:
合页是平开窗的主要承重部件,研究其结构形式对窗变形的影响并分析其疲劳寿命,将为门窗合页的研发及合理应用提供具有借鉴意义的理论依据。文章对安装平板合页和角部铰链的相同规格尺寸的2类平开窗,利用ANSYS Workbench建立了仿真模型,模拟分析了平板合页和角部铰链安装位置、窗扇开启角度变化时,合页结构形式对窗变形的影响。结果表明:平板合页对降低窗户形变的效果要优于角部铰链,但其布设间距对窗户变形的影响不明显;角部铰链窗型的变形相对均衡,窗户稳定性更高,加入中间铰链可显著降低窗户的形变;角部铰链在零件耐久性方面与平板合页相比仍存在明显差距。
Abstract:
As the main load-bearing component of the door and window hardware system, the hinge directly affects the use and sealing performance of the door and window system. The study of the influence of the structure form of the hinge on the deformation and the analysis of its fatigue life will provide a theoretical basis for the development and rational application of the door and window hinge. In this paper, ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate the flat window with two different structural forms of hinge under load. The influence of the hinge structure on the deformation of the window is simulated and analyzed when the installation position is different and the opening angle of the window is changed. The results show that the effect of flat hinge on reducing window deformation is better than that of corner hinge, but its laying distance has no obvious effect on window deformation; the deformation of corner hinge window is relatively balanced, the stability of window is higher, and adding middle hinge can significantly reduce window deformation; the durability of corner hinge is still significantly different from that of flat hinge.
