预应力框架梁是民用建筑中重荷载、大跨度、大悬挑和转换梁中首选结构形式之一,预应力等效荷载和线型分析对预应力设计意义重大,研究其规律对预应力混凝土梁的结构优化设计有很大借鉴意义。文章以温州三江立体城为例,基于预应力混凝土结构理论,对预应力等效荷载分析、预应力线型优化等方面进行了研究,并在此基础上对重载大跨、抬柱转换、大荷载悬挑预应力梁进行实例优化。结果表明:重载大跨预应力梁绝对矢高与等效荷载皆正相关变化,同时存在一个最优的反弯点位置使得等效荷载最大;抬柱转换预应力梁选择2种抛物线组合与大跨预应力梁情况相同,选择抛物线加直线线型组合,则直线线型与折点位置反相关变化;重载悬挑预应力梁根据外荷载选择抛物线线型或直线线型可获得较优线型值。
Abstract:
The prestressed frame beam is one of the preferred structural forms of heavy load, large span, large cantilever and transfer beam in civil buildings. The analysis of prestress equivalent load and line type is of great significance to the design of prestress. The study of its regularity has a great reference to the optimization design of the prestressed concrete beams in the future. The article takes the Sanjiang City of Wenzhou as an example and based on the theory of prestressed concrete structure. The analysis of the equivalent load of prestressing force and the optimization of the prestress line type are studied. On the basis of this, an example is made to optimize the prestressed beams with heavy load, large span, lift column and large load. The results show that: There is a positive correlation between the absolute vector height and the equivalent load of heavy load long span prestressed beams. At the same time, there is an optimal position of reverse bending point which makes the maximum equivalent load. The two kinds of parabolic combinations are the same as those of large span prestressed beams. The combination of parabola and linear line type is the reverse correlation of line line and point of folding. The preferred value can be obtained by selecting the parabolic line or linear line through the external load.
