摘要:
研究剪力墙结构置换加固过程中内力和位移的变化,可为相关置换加固工程的设计、施工提供一定依据。文章以龙奥御苑住宅楼加固工程为背景,采用应变采集箱对部分墙体置换加固施工过程进行了实时监测,并进行了相关的卸载试验,研究了剔完剪力墙混凝土后墙垛的内力变化及连梁的位移变化,对比分析了PKPM、ABAQUAS软件模拟的墙垛内力变化及连梁位移变化。结果表明:剔除腹板墙肢后,翼缘墙肢的轴力变化最大,墙垛轴力试验值比PKPM模型的计算值大110 kN,而其他轴力变化较小;ABAQUAS软件模拟的墙肢应力变化值与试验测得的变化值接近,仅相差0.15 MPa;剔除腹板墙肢后,连梁的位移变化较小,未超过规范限值,ABAQUAS软件模拟的位移比试验值小0.36 mm。
Abstract:
The change of internal force and displacement in the reinforcement process of shear wall structure can provide some basis for the design and construction of the related replacement and reinforcement engineering. Based on the strengthening project of the residential building of Longaoyuyuan, by using strain collection box for part of the wall for the realtime monitoring and doing some related unloading experiments, the paper studies the internal force changes and the displacement of the beam after removing the shear wall concrete and analyzes the results of the change of the internal force and the displacement of the simulation of PKPM and ABAQUAS software. The results show that after stripping out the wall of the abdominal wall, the axial force of the limb of the limb varies the most and the shaft force of the wall calculated by PKPM model is 110kN smaller than the test data, and other axial forces change smaller. The value of the wall arm stress simulated by ABAQUAS software is almost the same as that measured by the test, only 0.15 MPa bigger. The deflection of the beam is not exceeded by the specification limit, and the displacement of ABAQUAS software simulation is 0.36 mm less than the test data
