摘要:
研究法国GB5新型沥青混合料及其设计方法在我国的适用性,对于明确GB5沥青混合料性能特点具有一定参考价值,对实际工程应用也有一定借鉴意义。文章基于法国GB5骨架密实型沥青混合料及其设计方法,分析了GB5型沥青混合料的特点,依照其设计原理设计混合料级配并进行了系列室内试验,对用GB5矿料级配设计方法获得的高性能沥青混合料GB5-13与应用传统马歇尔沥青混合料设计法设计的SMA-13两种沥青混合料进行对比分析。结果表明:GB5-13沥青混合料密实度大且沥青用量低,比SMA-13沥青用量低10%;新型沥青混合料因初始空隙率水平低且矿料级配内摩阻力高而具有较好的水稳定性,GB5-13劲度模量大,控制应变模式下的GB5-13疲劳性能逊于SMA-13;优化矿料级配后的沥青混合料高温稳定性有所提高,而低温性能未得到改善。
Abstract:
It has certain reference value for the performance characteristics of GB5 asphalt mixture to research the applicability of France GB5 dense skeleton structure new asphalt mixture to China, which has some reference significance for the practical engineering application. This paper, based on France GB5 dense skeleton structure asphalt mixture and its design method, analyzed the characteristic of GB5 asphalt mixture, took a series of laboratory tests and designing gradation based on the theory of that, and made a comparative analysis of the pavement performance of GB5-13 which in terms of GB5 mineral aggregate gradation design method and SMA-13 that based on Marshall design method. Testing results show GB5 asphalt mixture has great compactness with 10% lower asphalt content than SMA-13. The new type of asphalt mixture has high moisture resistance due to lower initial porosity and higher inner friction,and with great stiffness modulus, the fatigue resistance of GB5-13 is worse than SMA-13s by controlling strain mode. The asphalt mixture with optimized gradation has great high temperature stability, but the lowtemperature crack resistance of that is not improved.
