摘要:
既有社区能源规划对于推进社区能源的可持续发展、建立合理的社区能源结构、提高社区环境质量具有重要的意义。开展对既有社区能源系统改造评价指标及评价方法研究是既有社区能源系统改造规划的前提和基础,可有效解决我国大部分既有老旧社区能源系统存在的能耗高、设备老化、运行管理不当等问题。文章基于既有社区能源系统,分析了影响社区能耗的主要因素,提出了既有社区能源系统改造评价指标,研究了既有社区能源系统改造综合评价体系与方法,并进行了应用。研究表明:影响既有社区建筑节能降耗的主要因素有集中供热系统、集中供冷系统、供配电与照明系统、燃气输配系统和能源监测与控制系统5个方面;建立了由目标层、8个准则层以及16个指标层组成的既有社区能源系统改造综合评价体系;以寒冷地区为案例,其经济性指标的综合权重占到0.29,在既有社区能源系统改造评价体系中起决定性作用。
Abstract:
Community energy planning plays an important role in promoting sustainable development of community energy supply, establishing reasonable community energy structure and improving community environmental quality. The research on the evaluation method of the existing community energy system retrofit is the premise and foundation of the retrofit and planning of the existing community energy system, which can effectively solve the problems such as high energy consumption, aging equipment and improper operation and management of the energy system in most existing old communities. Based on the existing community energy system and the existing community energy utilization technologies, the main factors that affect the energy consumption of buildings are analysed in this paper; the evaluation indexes and the evaluation method of the community energy system transformation are proposed; and finally a case study has been conducted by means of this method. A comprehensive evaluation system is established in this paper. This study defines five items which have the strong influence on the energy consumption of buildings. Based on the five items, the comprehensive evaluation system of the community energy transformation including one target hierarchy, 8 rule hierarchy and 16 index layers is established. Taking one community at cold zone in China as an example, the comprehensive weight of economic indicators accounted for 0.29 which plays a decisive role in the evaluation system of the transformation of community energy system.
