摘要:
北方既有居住建筑的冬季供暖是我国建筑能耗的主要构成部分,也是现阶段建筑节能工作的重点。文章基于我国既有供暖居住建筑节能改造缺乏能效监测的现状,围绕改造后的建筑大多不配备计量监测系统,无法得到真实可靠的原始数据,不能对供暖系统能效进行综合考量等问题,通过对国内既有居住建筑节能改造的适宜性技术进行研究,对目前采用的几种热计量方法进行对比分析,提出了构建基于温度面积法的既有居住建筑节能改造能效监测系统,并对该监测系统整体结构进行了设计,完成了主要设备的安装调试,在实验室搭建了该系统的运行环境,对采集的数据进行初步分析,验证了系统的可行性和实际效果,实现了数据的采集、处理、储存、上传等功能,满足节能运转的设计要求。
Abstract:
The winter heating of the existing residential buildings in the north is the main part of building energy consumption in our country,and the key point of building energy conservation. The present situation of energysaving renovation project of existing heating residential buildings in the north of China is most of the reconstructed buildings are not equipped with metering and monitoring systems and lack of comprehensive consideration of the energy efficiency of heating systems. In this paper, the energy efficiency monitoring system of existing residential building based on temperature area method is proposed, and the whole structure of the monitoring system is designed to realize the data collection and processing. The energy efficiency of residential building is analyzed, stored, uploaded and other functions, setting up the monitoring system of the laboratory environment, and the collected data were analyzed. The feasibility and practical effect of the system were verified, and the results show that the system could meet the requirements of energy saving design.
