摘要:
汽车零部件物流调配车间KD厂房相对于一般的工业厂房有其独特的生产流程,解决其设计中的诸多技术问题是进行KD厂房设计的基础和前提。文章以烟台市福山区临港工业园KD厂房设计为例,阐述了其布局和结构设计,解决了温度对厂房的伸缩变形影响和车间东侧的大面积积水问题,做到了结构安全、使用合理、造价经济;设置光伏太阳能,其发电作为清洁能源对低碳环保、可持续发展做着极大的贡献;阐明了屋面构造设计,较好的解决了诸如安全、美观、保温、采光等问题,同时又为屋面防水奠定了坚实的基础;从虹吸式雨水斗、悬吊管、排出管及溢流口等方面分析了屋面排水设计,将虹吸式屋面雨水排水系统应用于大型屋面、造型复杂的屋面比重力流雨水排水系统具有更多优越性;总结了屋面细部设计,使厂房设计真正做到安全、经济、适用、绿色、可持续。
Abstract:
The KD plant used to sort and deploy auto parts has its own unique production process compared with the general industrial plant, and to solve many technical problems in the design of KD plant is the premise and foundation of KD plant design. By taking the design of KD plant in Lingang Industrial Park, Fushan District, Yantai City for example, the paper elaborates the KD plant layout and structure design, and solves the influence of temperature on the slip deformation of the plant as well as a large area of waterlogging problems on the east side of the plant. The design realized structural safety, reasonable use, and economic cost. Setting the photovoltaic solar power that provides a clear energy makes great contribution to low carbon environmental protection and sustainable development. The paper elaborates the roof construction design, better solving the problems such as safety, beauty, insulation and lighting, and laying a solid foundation for roofing waterproof. It analyzes the roof drainage design from the aspects of siphon rainwater head, hanging pipe, outlet pipe and the overflow mouth. The application of siphon type roof rainwater drainage system to the large roof or the modelling complex roof has more advantages than weighting power flow of rainwater drainage system. It also summarizes the roof detail design. It makes the plant design truly safe, economic, applicable, green and sustainable.
