摘要:在当前建设节约型社会,降低建筑能耗,实现绿色低能耗建筑,解决建筑高能耗问题的背景下,文章围绕绿色建筑能源管理系统的开发与应用,通过对建筑能耗的分析,从能源管理系统的总体设计、智能控制器设计、数据及通信服务器设计、管理系统软件设计方面,以物联网形态,对绿色建筑能源管理系统进行了开发设计与应用,将能源管理系统总体设计为应用层、数据层、网络层、设备层,并将建筑内各子系统集成到一个平台上,对各系统和设备的能耗进行统计和节能数据的综合分析,为实现更优控制提供了条件,从而提高了系统的通用性;构建了系统的Web应用,并以中央空调系统为例进行了设计与实现,通过对设备的监控管理和节能优化控制,最终达到节能的目的。
Abstract:
Abstract:Under the background of economical society, in order to reduce building energy consumption, achieve green low energy consumption building, and solve the problem of high energy consumption, considering the development and application of green building energy management system, this paper analyzes the energy consumption of building, designs and applies the energy management system of green building from the aspects of the overall design of system, intelligent controller design, data server design, communication server design and management system software design in the form of Internet of things. The overall design of the system is that application layer, data layer, network layer and device layer, and the subsystems in the building are integrated into one platform for energy consumption statistics of each system and equipment to carry out comprehensive analysis of energysaving data, thus improving the versatility of the system. The Web application of the system is constructed. By taking the central air conditioning system as an example, the paper carries on the design and the realization, and through the equipment monitoring control and the energy conservation optimization control, achieves the energy conservation goal finally.
