摘要:
建筑物地基基础不均匀沉降严重威胁着建筑物的质量与安全,采取有效的措施对建筑物地基基础进行加固处理是有效减少不均匀沉降事故发生的前提和基础。文章基于某220 kV变电站发生不均匀沉降的工程实例,针对该工程实际地形条件,通过对沉降观测数据进行分析,阐述了造成该变电站基础不均匀沉降和倾斜的主要原因,基于变形控制的原则,采用二次注浆微型桩托换加固技术对变电站进行加固方案设计,并对加固前后内应力变化进行对比分析。
Abstract:
The foundation uneven settlement of buildings is a serious threat to the quality and safety of the buildings, and taking effective measures to reinforce the foundation of buildings is the premise and foundation to reduce the occurrence of uneven settlement. Based on the engineering case of a 220 kV substation with uneven settlement, in view of the actual terrain conditions of the project, the paper elaborates the main causes of uneven settlement and overall tilt of the foundation by analyzing settlement observation data. Based on consideration of settlement control, the two times of grouting micro pile underpinning reinforcement method is proposed for the building foundation reinforcement designand the changes of internal stress before and after reinforcement were analyzed.
