摘要:
汉堡轮辙试验是目前用于评价沥青混合料水稳定性及高温稳定性最为苛刻的试验方法之一,其评价指标主要有轮辙变形深度、蠕变线、剥落线、剥落拐点。文章以沥青胶结料的135℃旋转黏度、试验次数、试验温度及试件孔隙率四个因素作为控制因素,通过正交试验,对汉堡轮辙试验的结果进行方差分析,研究了不同因素对汉堡轮辙深度的影响程度。结果表明:对汉堡轮辙变形深度的影响显著顺序依次为:试验温度>胶结料黏度>试件孔隙率>试验次数;随着沥青胶结料黏度的增大变形深度减小比较明显,随着试验温度的升高变形深度成倍数增加,随着碾压次数的增加即孔隙率的减小,变形深度逐渐减小;四种因素对汉堡轮辙变形深度的作用效果均不具有显著性;对汉堡轮辙试验变形深度影响最大的是沥青混合料所选用的胶结料类型及试验温度。
Abstract:
Test of Hamburg is one of the most demanding methods for evaluating water stability and high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture and its evaluation includes wheel rutting depth, rutting slope, stripping slope, stripping inflection point. In order to study the influence of different factors on the Hamburg rutting test and provide a theoretical basis for evaluating the road performance of asphalt mixture. In this article the asphalt binder rotational viscosity, test number, test temperature and specimen porosity were elected as control factors and orthogonal test had done and the visual analysis and variance analysis were carried out to analyze the factors affecting the test results for Hamburg. Finally the degree of influence of different factors on the Hamburg rutting test was clarified. The result showed that The R of four factors obtained by visual analysis is 18.090, 18.537, 10243, 12.400,so the significant degree of four factors for Hamburg rut depth as follows : test temperature, the asphalt binder rotational viscosity, specimen porosity, test number. The F values of four factors obtained by analysis of variance are 3.940, 3.338, 1.000, 1.463and all values are less than standard value 9.0 of F0.1 (2,2).All the above illustrate that the effect of the four factors selected for Hamburg rutting depth is not significant but according to the value of F the significant order of the four factors is the asphalt binder rotational viscosity, test temperature, specimen porosity, test number. Composite the orthogonal test that the biggest factors affecting Hamburg rutting depth are the asphalt binder selected and the test temperature.
