摘要:
为提高大学生微生物学实验课学习效率,拓展微生物学实验教学内容,文章以山东建筑大学市政与环境工程学院为例,分析了微生物学实验教学的实验课与理论课知识脱节、不能有效理论联系实际,教学手段单一、教学内容不系统,学生不思进取得过且过、忽略了对实验课的考察流程等存在的问题及现状;阐述了进行微生物学实验教学方法改革研究的重要性与必要性;提出了注重微生物学理论知识学习,丰富教学手段、提高学生主观能动性,严格微生物学实验课程考察,重视毕业论文环节等改革措施。
Abstract:
In order to stimulate students interests and pursue of teaching practice with microbial experiment, the studies are focused on the current circumstances of college students. Taking School of Municipal and Environmental Engineering in Shandong Jianzhu University as an example, after analyzing current situation of detachment between theory and practice, the single teaching method, the nonsystematic teaching content, and lack of powder during learning, concrete solutions are put forward including preview before class, experiment preparation, teaching content expanding to improve students’ subjective initiative to impress the importance and necessities of teaching reform. Rigorous assessment during microbial experiment course, additional open experiment, teaching content expanding, and teaching approaches enriching, which can attach importance to graduation thesis, are advised to strengthen college students comprehensive quality and encourage students to carry out scientific exploration. The authors involve with beneficial teaching practice for many years and put forward original ideas and concrete measures to reform on microbial experimental teaching and cultivate outstanding undergraduates of biological engineering.
