摘要:
协作生产是公共经济学领域的一个前沿概念,强调消费者作为公共服务对象的协同生产性作用。专业型研究生的培养在我国是新生事物,对所有培养单位都是一种挑战,探索出一套合适的培养方案意义重大。文章以山东建筑大学为例,将协作生产模式运用于专业型硕士的培养分析,阐述了协作生产模式在专业型硕士培养中的应用原理,将教师者、学生和管理部门划分为常规性生产、消费性生产者、监督者三种角色分析了教师与学生相互替代和相互依赖的关系;分析了专业型硕士培养中在教学、科研、实践、管理方面的问题,并在教学、科研、实践和管理各个环节提出应用协作生产模式的具体措施,以提高专业型硕士培养质量。
Abstract:
The cultivation of professional graduate students is a new thing in our country. It is a challenge to all universities. It is significant to explore a suitable training program. Coproduction is a concept of frontier field of public economics. It emphasizes the role of consumers as coproduces in public services. The paper applies the concept to the analysis of professional master’s training in Shandong Jianzhu University, and elaborates the application principle of collaborative production mode in the cultivation of professional master It defines teachers as the regular producer, students as the consumer producer, manager as the supervisor. It discusses the relationship of mutual substitution and mutual dependence between the teacher and the student. Based on the analysis the problems of professional master’ training in teaching, scientific research, practice, management, the paper puts forward the measures in the process of teaching, scientific research, practice and management each link using the concept of collaborative production of professional master’s training to improve the quality of professional master’s training, and to provide more high-level innovative talents for the development of China in economics and society.
