建筑遮阳是夏热地区降低夏季空调能耗有效措施之一,不同类型的建筑遮阳设施对建筑能耗的影响效果差异较大。文章以上海地区某居住建筑为例,通过采用建筑能耗分析软件建立模型,经过逐时计算建筑全年能耗来研究该建筑南向外窗采用不同类型遮阳设施的节能效果。结果表明:与不采用遮阳设施的建筑比较,采用遮阳设施的建筑空调耗电量降低幅度范围为3.37%~11.04%;对建筑采暖能耗的影响因遮阳类型不同差异明显,最多降低0.87%,最高增加1.54%;就建筑全年总耗电量而言,遮阳材料透射比为0的可升降活动外遮阳综合节能效果最优,可降低建筑全年总耗电量4.78%。
Abstract:
Solar shading facilities are very effective ways to reducing summer cooling energy consumption in summer-hot regions. Nevertheless, the influence of different solar shading facilities on building energy consumption is greater than the differences. Takeing a residential building in Shanghai as an example, annual building energy consumption of this building is calculated by establishing the building model through the building energy consumption analysis software. Then the energy saving effect of this building with different kinds of shading facilities outside the south window is studied. The results show that the cooling energy consumption of the building with shading facilities is reduced 3.37%~11.04% and the influence of different kinds of solar shading facilities on the building heating energy consumption is different. The building heating energy consumption can be reduced 0.87% the most and be increased 1.54% the most. The energy saving effect of the extemal solar shading facility that can lift up and down is best when its material η* is 0 and the annual energy consumption of the building with it is reduced 4.78%.
