摘要:
在湿陷性黄土地区,针对湿陷性黄土的特性,采用浸水纠倾方法可以避免由于勘察、设计、施工等方面原因或者使用过程中地基的浸水造成的建筑物不均匀沉降和倾斜事故。文章基于山西阳曲县某水泥罐仓纠倾工程实例,根据罐仓的倾斜状况、倾斜特点以及湿陷性黄土的湿陷特性,在分析罐仓倾斜原因的基础上,采用了浸水法对其进行纠倾处理;并由浸水纠倾过程中浸水区域范围,估算了注水量以及注水过程中沉降量的变化,分析了浸水法在工程实践中的运用。结果表明:在湿陷性黄土地区,可以利用黄土的湿陷特性并结合工程特点,采用浸水纠倾方法来达到预期的纠倾效果;纠倾后罐仓总体倾斜为2.4‰,满足国家相关规范要求,同时基本消除了黄土的湿陷性,保证了水泥罐仓以后的安全。
Abstract:
In collapsible loess area, the survey, design, construction and the foundation of soaking in the course of using may cause the uneven settlement for building and the inclination accident. In view of the characteristics of collapsible loess, the soaking method can be used to achieve the purpose of rectifying .Based on the case of a cement silo in Yangqu County of Shanxi Province, the paper analyzes the reasons of the inclined cement silo, and uses the soaking method to correct the cement silo. According to the tilt characteristics of the cement silo and the collapsible characteristics of collapsible loess, the paper explores the application of the soaking method in engineering practice around the soaking range in the process of rectifying inclination, the estimation of water injection and the variation of the settlement in the process of the water injection. The successful practice of rectifying Engineering for cement silo, showed that the soaking method can be used to achieve the desired effect of rectifying inclination by making use of the collapsibility of the loess characteristics and combining with engineering characteristics in collapsible loess area. The tilt rate of silo was 2.4 per thousand after rectifying inclination, and conformed to the requirements of national standard. The soaking method basically eliminate the collapsibility of loess at the same time, and ensure the safety of cement silo.
