摘要:
        研究针对当前控规交通规划断层及容积率确定技术理性不足的现实问题,提出在控规中以建立交通供需平衡量化关系来控制土地开发强度的创新理念,并从实施层面对该量化关系建立的可行性进行论证。通过OD反推技术与交通需求预测“四阶段”法分别对城市新开发片区与旧城更新片区交通供需平衡状态下的土地开发强度控制进行了研究,构建了具体实施的技术路线,实现了控规中交通规划技术与容积率指标确定的契合。
Abstract:
 Aiming at the current practical problem that it lacks transportation planning and technological rationality to determine floor area ratio in regulatory plan, a novel concept of land using intensity control based on the establishment of quantitative relationship between transport supply and demand in regulatory plan was proposed, and the demonstration of feasibility of establishing the quantitative relationship was given at the implementation level. With OD matrix estimation and “ four stage” method in traffic demands forcasting, the land using intensity control technical under the balance between traffic supply and demand conditions in new urban development area and urban renewal area had been studied, and specific technical routes had been established, which realized a perfect fits between transportation planning technology and floor area ratio determining.
