摘要:
对塔机进行损伤监测,可以及时发现塔机存在的安全隐患,提高塔机运行的可靠性。文章基于塔机主要的钢结构构件—标准节用主弦杆损伤诊断的试验研究,利用连接高强螺栓松动程度的不同模拟结构的损伤状态,获取结构相应位置的应变数据和水平倾角位移数据,并对实验数据进行比较和分析,阐明了塔式起重机钢结构损伤的特征及诊断方法。结果表明:应变特征值能够较好地反应出结构的损伤情况;当以水平倾角变化率作为特征输入量,用Gauss径向基核函数作为支持向量机核函数进行损伤识别,判断正确率最高可达到88.5%,用位移变化率作为支持向量机的特征输入量,能够实现塔机钢结构的损伤诊断。
Abstract:
Performing damage surveillance on tower crane can detect potential security problems on time to enhancie the stability of tower cranes. In this paper, the damage diagnosis test for the steel structure of tower cranes is carried out on the major steel component of cranes, which are two main chords connected by highstrength bolt. The damage of different degrees is simulated by loosening highstrength bolt. Related data of strain and horizontal inclination displacement are obtained and analyzed. The experiment shows that the steel structural damage of tower cranes can be demonstrated by the characteristic value of the strain. When the changing ratio of horizontal inclination is taken as input to and Gauss radial basis function as function for Support Vector Machine to diagnose the steel structural damage of tower crane, the correctness rate can be as high as 88. 5%. When the changing ratio of displacement is taken as characteristic value input to Support Vector Machine, the damage diagnosis of tower crane steel structures can be achieved.
