摘要:
钢筋连接技术快速可靠,是提高建筑施工质量和效率的关键技术之一。钢筋绑扎搭接、钢筋焊接、钢筋机械连接是目前常用的三类钢筋连接技术。随着建筑业的快速发展,钢筋连接技术得到了前所未有的关注,同时也对钢筋连接技术提出了新的要求。文章基于钢筋连接技术的研究现状,分析了钢筋连接技术的研究进展,阐明了各种方法的优点和存在的不足,阐述了钢筋机械连接特别是钢筋滚压直螺纹连接技术是今后应用和发展的主要方式,展望了新型钢筋连接方式的发展方向。
Abstract:
Steel bar connection technology is rapid, reliable and is one of the key technologies to improve the construction quality and efficiency. At present, steel binding lap, steel welding lap and steel mechanical connection are three common steel bar connection technologies. With the rapid development of the construction industry, steel bar connection technology has drawn so much more attention. New requirements on the reinforcement technology was also put forward. All kinds of steel bar connection methods have been summarized. The research progress of connection technology of reinforcement was analyzed. The advantages and shortcomings of various methods were analyzed. It is shown that he steel mechanical connection is the main way in application and development in the future with the development of social economy and the construction industry. In this paper, the development direction of the new type of reinforcing steel bar connection method was pointed out finally.
