摘要:
运用TRIZ物质—场分析原理进行产品设计是短时间内实现产品创新的重要方法。文章通过对产品功能分析和物质—场分析的研究,归纳了功能模型与物质—场模型之间的关系,提出了功能模型转换成物质—场模型的方法,构建了产品的功能模型间接得到产品的物质—场模型,进而查找TRIZ理论中物质—场模型对应的标准解法获得创新方案,并将物质—场分析原理应用到钢筋捆扎机绞头的方案设计和立体车库车体框架的方案设计中,证明了该研究方法的可行性。
Abstract:
Using the substancefield analyzing principle of TRIZ in the process of product design is one of the important methods in a short period of time to realize product innovation. In this paper,through the study of function analysis and substancefield analysis, the method which function model was converted into substancefield model was proposed through the relationship of the function model and the substancefield model. Then through function model which was obtained directly to achieve substancefield model indirectly, and the innovative solutions were obtained in combination with standard solutions which was corresponded to substancefield model of TRIZ, and the efficiency of the product innovation design was improved, and in the case of rebar tying machine, the substancefield  analyzing principle to project design of twist head of rebar tying machine and frame of space parking system were applied, which demonstrated the practicability of the proposed method.
