摘要:
智能墙面抹灰机可进行高质量的墙面抹灰,能有效减少作业时间和项目成本。文章通过分析国内外墙面抹灰机的研究现状,按照墙面抹灰机发展顺序,概述了喷涂、半自动和全自动三种抹灰机的结构特点;依据墙面抹灰质量的要求,从传动机构、支架垂直度、粉刷位置、与作业面的距离和水平偏角等方面综合分析了抹灰机关键技术的研究进展,阐明了目前市场上常见的全自动抹灰机的设计缺陷,结合各类测量控制方法,对每个方面的缺陷提出相应的解决方案;展望了墙面抹灰机的发展趋势和发展方向。
Abstract:
Intelligent wall plastering machine can be highquality wall plastering, and can effectively reduce the time of the operation and cost of the project. According to wall plastering machine development order, the article gives an overview of the development situation of wall plastering machine, summarizes the structure and characteristics of the coating, semiautomatic and fully automatic plastering machine. By analyzing the plaster wall quality requirements, the article describes in detail the working process of common wall plastering machine and analyzes the research progress of key technologies and the design flaws from the aspects of transmission mechanism, the perpendicularity of the stent and the operation of the distance. The article provides the improvement methods and comments combined with all kinds of measurement control method. Finally, the article gives the prospect of the future trends of the wall plastering machine.
