摘要:
文章基于 BIM(建筑信息模型)技术所具有的三维可视化、信息集成化和可协调性三个方面的特性,围绕深圳创维半导体设计大厦机电安装工程施工阶段中 BIM技术的应用尝试,通过对机电安装项目施工阶段中BIM技术在深化设计、方案优化、协调沟通等方面的应用方式、应用过程和所达到效果的研究,探索和分析了在BIM技术应用的初级阶段,机电安装施工企业将 BIM技术运用于施工管理过程中有效的应用形式,合理的应用运作流程以及团队人员的配置方式等问题。
Abstract:
Based  on  the  features  of  BIM(building  information  modeling)technology-3 D visualization,information integration and coordination,according to the application of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical installation project construction of Shenzhen Skyworth Semiconductor Design Building,the paper studies the application way,application process and achieved effect in deepening
design,scheme optimization and coordination communication, explores effective application form,reasonable application processes and team personnel configuration method during the application of BIM technology to construction management by mechanical and electrical installation construction enterprise in the early stages of BIM technology application.
