摘要:
强化生物除磷(EBPR)技术已成为污水除磷的重要手段,如何使聚磷菌(PAOs)成为优势菌种是生物除磷工艺面临的重要问题。近些年的研究主要集中在解释潜在除磷机理和确定实际参与反应的相关微生物研究方面,而确定聚磷菌和聚糖菌竞争影响因素是聚磷菌研究的前提和基础。文章对 EBPR系统中影响微生物竞争的主要因素如碳源、pH值、温度等研究进展进行了阐述,介绍了 PAOs代谢过程及如何调整好微生物种群组成和最佳培养条件,提出了 PAOs代谢机理和种群分析是未来研究方向的观点。
Abstract:
Enhanced biological phosphorus removal technology has become an important means of the phosphorus removal from wastewater.  A very important problem of biological phosphorus removal process is how to accumulate phosphorus bacteria. In recent years,some researches are done based on explaining the potential mechanism of phosphorus removal and determining the relationship between PAOs and other microorganism. The foundation of research on phosphorus accumulating is competitive factors between polyphosphate accumulating organism(PAOs)  and glycogen accumulating organism (GAOs).The most important affecting factors(such as carbon source,pH,temperature and so on ) will be illuminated in this study.  This article will also introduce PAOs metabolic process and how to get best conditions to multiply PAOs,and put forward the future research direction which should be on PAOs strains of bacteria metabolic mechanism and the analysis of the group of direction.
