摘要:
浪涌保护器(SPD)是电子设备雷电防护中不可缺少的装置,文章针对于嘉祥县一次低压系统SPD损坏情况,对其原因进行了分析研究。通过对损坏元件的分析测试、借助雷电监测系统排除雷击的可能性、分析损坏SPD所处线路状况等对SPD损坏的真正原因进行了排除和判定;同时通过对SPD的主要元器件压敏电阻的工频过电压特性分析,进一步明确了事故原因;提出了对SPD的安装以及民用低压线路的设计的相应建议。
Abstract:
Surge protective device (SPD) is an indispensable device for lightning protection of electronic equipment. This paper analyzes the reasons for a low pressure system of SPD damage in Jiaxiang County. Through the analysis of the damaged element, with the help of a monitoring system to exclude the possibility of further damage by lightning, and the analysis of SPD damage line situation, the real causes of SPD damage are found out. Besides, through the analysis of main components of power frequency voltage characteristic of SPD varistor, the causes of the accident are further clarified, and suggestions are put forward for the installation of SPD and the design of civil low-voltage lines.
