摘要:
膨胀土具有“浸水膨胀,失水收缩”特性,膨胀土围岩是决定隧道稳定和安全的重要影响因素,因而改善膨胀土隧道的施工技术,是保证隧道安全的重要途径和手段。文章结合太兴铁路专线小河沟膨胀土隧道施工实践,对过膨胀土隧道塌方段施工技术进行了研究和探索, 提出了无工作室超前大管棚过塌方段技术及改进“三台阶七步法” 施工开挖技术,总结了相应的支护技术要点。
Abstract:
Expansive soil swells when soaking and shrinks when losing water and expansive soil will affect the stability and safety of tunnel, so improving the construction technology can keep tunnel safe. Based on the construction practice of Xiaohegou Tunnel of Taixing Railway, the paper studies the construction technology in expansive soil tunnel collapse, puts forward the technology of non-cavern advanced large pipe roof, improves “Three-stage Seven-step Excavation Method”, and summarizes the corresponding supporting techniques.
