摘要:
集中热水供应系统投入使用后需要维护管理。某宾馆热水供应系统在管件维护后、高峰用水时发生断水故障。采用开启淋浴器放水试验,通过分析与评估故障前后换热器内水温、热水循环泵出口压力的变化,判定热水管路存在局部堵塞现象。对热水主干管路进行分段通水试验,找到了堵塞点、排除了故障。结果表明:温度、压力的不同变化指示了热水供应系统的不同运行工况;观测与评估热水供应系统的参数值,对其运行维护管理具有重要的指导作用。
Abstract:
Maintenance management of hot water supply system is necessary after going into usage. A case study of a hotel was made though simulation tests by opening showers. Causations of breaking off water were investigated at using peak. A partial and incomplete block in central pipelines was concluded by estimating varieties of temperature and pressure between fore-and-aft troubles. The blockage was found and eliminated by supplying water tests sectionally. The results show that temperature and pressure are indicative parameters of different running conditions of hot water supply system. Parameter estimation plays an important role in guiding maintenance management of hot water supply system.
