摘要:
在旋风铣削加工滚珠丝杠过程中,丝杠上的温度场分布随着热源的螺旋移动而不断变化。为了真实地模拟铣削热源的螺旋移动,本文采用了ANSYS命令流编制参数化程序,主要包括不同温度时自然对流系数的计算、表面效应单元的应用、端面网格划分扫掠实体的建模以及利用APDL中的DO循环嵌套实现周期性循环加载等关键技术,研究了滚珠丝杠铣削加工中的温度场分布,为进一步分析计算滚珠丝杠铣削过程中的热变形误差提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
In the process of whirlwind milling ball screw, the temperature field distribution of the screw changes with the spiral movement of the heat source. In order to realistically simulate the spiral movement of the milling heat source, this paper studied the temperature distribution of the ball screw in the milling process by using parametric programs of command stream in the ANSYS, mainly including the key technologies, such as the calculation of the natural convection coefficient at different temperatures, the application of surface effect unit, end surface meshing and axial expansion method of modeling, and also by using the DO nested loops of APDL to achieve cycle load. This provides a theoretical basis for further analysis of the thermal deformation error in the calculation of the ball screw milling process.
