摘要:
TRIP合金钢不仅具有高强度,而且还有高断后伸长率,尤其是以低廉的价格,优良的高速力学性能和疲劳性能而受到现代汽车制造业的青睐。文章阐述了TRIP效应的机理及影响因素,综述了C、Mn、Al、Si及其他(P、B、Cu、Ni、Nb、Mo)等合金元素对TRIP效应的影响。最后对TRIP合金钢的今后的研究趋势进行了展望。
Abstract:
TRIP steel is favored by modern automobile industry for its high strength, high elongation, especially its low price, excellent high-speed mechanical and fatigue properties. The paper introduced the mechanism of TRIP effect and its influencing factors, discussed the influences of C、Mn、Al、Si and other elements (P、B、Cu、Ni、Nb、Mo) on the TRIP effect, and finally prospected the research trends of TRIP steel in the future
