摘要:
随着居住区建筑密度的不断增大,其采光与室外风环境已成为影响人居品质的重要因素,并关系到行人的舒适性甚至安全问题,通过计算机对居住区风环境进行模拟研究,以便在建筑设计阶段通过调整建筑群的布局来进行室外风环境的改善,已成为评价居住区规划优劣的必要手段和重要途径。文章通过计算机仿真系统采用计算流体动力学 (CFD) 数值模拟技术和多区域网络模型方法,配合相应的评价标准和指标体系,对天津地区居住区室外风环境进行了计算机模拟,对室外行人高度风环境进行定量评估;并结合建筑采光模拟进行综合分析评价,针对居住区中行人高度风对建筑外形设计、布局分布影响提出了相应的改进建议。
Abstract:
With the increase of the building density of residential areas, daylighting and outdoor wind environment have become important factors affecting the habitat quality, and are related to pedestrians’ comfort and even safety. Through computer simulation study of the wind environment of residential areas has become the necessary means and an important way to evaluate merits of residential area planning to improve the outdoor wind environment by adjusting the layout of the buildings in the architectural design stage. Through computer simulation system, by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) digital simulation technology and multi-regional network model, with the appropriate evaluation criteria and indicator system, the paper makes an computer simulation of the outdoor wind environment of the residential area of Tianjin area, and assesses outdoor pedestrian high-wind environment quantitatively. Combined with the building daylighting simulation, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation and proposes the corresponding recommendations for improvement according to the influence of pedestrian height of the wind on the exterior design and layout of the buildings in residential area.
