以东营市某基坑工程为例,旨在探讨深基坑降水对周边建筑物沉降的影响,采用比较分析计算结果与现场实测值的方法,研究了基坑降水对坑周建筑物沉降的影响。提出了由于深基坑降水使周围土体应力重新调整引发坑周土体沉陷的结论和控制建议,这对不均匀沉降量的分析、实时预测有现实意义,可供类似工程参考。结果表明,理论和实测值最大相差17%,说明基坑周边建筑物沉降是由降水引起。
Abstract:
This paper takes a foundation pit in Dongying as an example to analyze the effect of the deep-well dewatering on the settlements of surrounding buildings. By analyzing the results and field data, the paper discusses the influence of dewatering and puts forward the conclusion that dewatering causes the readjustment of stresses in soil and then brings uneven settlements, and corresponding control advice. This has realistic meaning to real time prediction of land subsidence caused by foundation pit dewatering and is instructive to similar construction. The result shows that the biggest error between theoretical result and field data is 17%, which shows that the settlements surrounding structures are caused by dewatering.
