摘要:
本文基于西门子PLC、MPI网络技术、Profibus DP现场总线技术组态大型轧机传动控制系统,围绕薄规格钢板在生产过程中板型不易控制问题,针对2500kW大型中厚板轧机主传动直流电机应用西门子6RA70全数字直流调速装置进行电枢传动控制及励磁电流控制,通过对薄规格板在轧制过程中受到的各种现场工艺技术条件影响的研究,主要探索了系统控制工艺中负荷平衡及动态板型的优化控制,实现中厚钢板的精确轧制。
Abstract:
The paper configures large mill drive control system based on the Siemens PLC, MPI network technology and Profibus DP field bus technology. Considering the problem that the type plate of thin steel is not easy to control, the study takes main transmission DC motor of 2500KW large medium and thick plate mill for example to apply Siemens 6RA70 digital DC speed control device to armature drive control and excitation current control. Through the research on various site technology conditional influence on the thin steel during rolling process, the paper mainly explores the optimal control of load balance and dynamic type of plate in the process, realizes the accurate rolling of medium and thick plate.
