循环经济已成为提升产业链可持续发展能力的重要途径,但现有评价体系不能科学揭示其提升作用。为此,提出了基于循环经济理念的产业链可持续发展能力评价指标体系。运用模糊决策方法构建了产业链可持续发展能力评价模型。通过障碍度分析,研究制约产业链可持续发展能力的关键因子。以6条不同行业的循环经济试点产业链为案例,对比分析了其可持续发展能力,并有效识别出限制因子。结果表明,该评价体系能够较科学地揭示循环经济对产业链可持续发展能力的提升作用。
Abstract:
Circular economy has become the important method of enhancing the sustainability of industrial chain, but the enhancement can not be revealed by the current evaluation system scientifically. Therefore, based on circular economy, the evaluation index system of the sustainability of industrial chain is established. The evaluation model of the sustainability of industrial chain is established based on the fuzzy decision-making method. Obstacle amounts analysis is used to study the factors which restrict the sustainability of industrial chain. As a case study, six different industrial chains are discussed. Their sustainability is evaluated and the limiting factors are effectively identified. The results show that the enhancement of the sustainability of industrial chain can be revealed by the evaluation system scientifically.
