摘要:
通过耦合化学反应动力学和计算流体动力学的方法,对以32.5%尿素水为柴油机选择性催化还原系统进行了数值建模。在验证了计算模型可行性的基础上,数值解析了4种尿素水的添加方案对还原系统的影响。结果表明:CFD模拟计算结果与发动机台架试验结果相吻合;采用孔式喷油器进行尿素喷射,氮氧化物还原效率要高于轴针式的;喷油器孔数越多,还原剂分布越均匀;沿着排气管轴线逆向喷射要优于垂直排气管壁喷射。
Abstract:
A modeling approach to 32.5% urea water SCR system is presented with aid of CFD coupled with reaction dynamics. On the basis of the feasibility of the model, numerical analysis is made of four different urea addition programs. Results show that,the simulation result is consistent with the experimental data. With the hole injection, the NOx reduction efficiency is higher than that with the pintle injection. With more holes,more uniform distribution can be got. The reverse injection along the exhaust pipe axis is superior to the vertical injection.
