摘要:
以获得产品概念设计的最终方案为目标,在对虚拟设计与概念设计进行深入研究的基础上,将虚拟设计相关技术应用在产品的概念设计中。在此基础上,针对产品虚拟概念设计过程中所遇到的技术问题及设计缺陷,结合发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的推理创新工具,构建了基于TRIZ推理的产品虚拟概念设计方法。以二元立体车库的虚拟概念设计为例,对所提出的方法进行了验证和分析。实例表明,应用该虚拟概念设计方法可提高设计者的创新能力及设计效率。
Abstract:
To obtain the final design scheme for product conceptual design, virtual design techniques is applied to product conceptual design based on further research on both of them. On this basis, according to technical problems and design defects on the realization process of virtual conceptual design and together with the Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems (TRIZ) of reasoning tools, the product virtual conceptual design method is built based on TRIZ reasoning. Taking the virtual conceptual design of dualistic stereo garage as an example, the above-mentioned method is validated and analyzed. It has been demonstrated that the present virtual conceptual design method can improve the designer’s creativity and the design efficiency.
